SERVICE
HOUSE CLEANING
Regular Cleaning
Frequency: weekly or biweekly
Common Areas (Living Room, Dining Room, Office)
- Dust surfaces (tables, shelves, bookcases)
- Vacuum rugs and carpets
- Mop the floor
- Dust doors and handles
- Organize loose objects
- Clean mirrors and low glass surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace bags
Bathroom
- Wash sink and countertop
- Clean mirrors
- Sanitize toilet
- Lightly clean shower box (glass and floor)
- Empty trash bin
- Restock toilet paper and soap (if available)
- Clean floor
Bedrooms
- Dust furniture and headboards
- Make the bed (or change sheets if requested)
- Clean switches, doorknobs, and baseboards
- Empty trash bin (if applicable)
Kitchen
- Clean countertops, sink, table, and chairs
- Clean stove exterior (including grates)
- Clean microwave exterior (and interior if dirty)
- Clean exterior of appliances (coffee maker, air fryer, etc.)
- Wipe down cabinet exteriors
- Sweep and mop the floor

COMMERCIAL CLEANING
REGULAR CLEANING
Frequency: weekly or biweekly
Cover routine daily tasks such as cleaning
- Floors
- Toilets
- Sinks
Periodic tasks include
- Dusting
- Cleaning the inside of windows and glass entrance doors
- Elevator doos
Office cleaning includes
- Cleaning floors
- Emptying trash cans
- Cleaning the break room
- Periodic dusting of flat surfaces
- Employees' desks are cleaned according to the client's instructions
SERVICE
MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING
REGULAR CLEANING
Frequency: monthly, bimonthly, or as needed
Includes everything from Regular Cleaning, plus:
Common Areas
- Clean baseboards, door frames, and doors
- Clean switches and outlets
- Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Clean windows and tracks (inside only)
- Vacuum under furniture (if movable)
- Wipe walls with a damp cloth (if appropriate)
- Vacuum carpet crevices
- Vacuum and/or scrub stairs
Bathroom
- Deep clean shower box (glass and grout)
- Clean ceramic wall tiles
- Remove mildew and stains from faucets, drains, and bathtubs
- Thoroughly disinfect and wash the floor
Bedrooms
- Deep clean windows, blinds, and light curtains
- Change and/or wash sheets (additional charge applies)
- Clean inside wardrobes (if requested)
- Clean behind and under the bed
Kitchen
- Deep clean microwave interior
- Clean range hood and cabinet tops
- Wash floor with degreaser
- Remove mildew and stains from faucets and drains
SERVICE
Post-Construction Cleaning
This cleaning removes dust, any remaining paint residue after renovations or new construction.
Requirements
- Construction work must be completed
- The Electricity and water must be available
General
- Remove fine dust from all surfaces (may require multiple passes)
- Remove stickers and glue residues
- Remove paint splashes (when possible and safe)
- Clean switches, outlets, knobs, and doors
- Dust and wipe light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Clean baseboards, windows, trims, and tracks
- Clean glass (interior and exterior, if requested)
- Clean floors (including grout if applicable)
- Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture (if any)
Bathrooms
- Clean floors, tiles, and shower enclosures
- Clean mirrors, fixtures, and light fittings
- Remove cement and grout residue (if possible)
- Full disinfection of all surfaces
Kitchen
- Clean cabinets and drawers (inside and out)
- Sanitize countertops, backsplash, sink, and fixtures
- Wipe down appliances (exterior)
- Clean grout and drains
